摘要：

<正>大黄素(Emodin,EM)是中药大黄的主要有效成分之一,为蒽醌类衍生物。有研究表明大黄素不仅具有抗炎、免疫调节等药理作用,而且近期的研究还发现大黄素可以通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡抑制和杀伤肿瘤细胞[1,2]。Caspases是一组存在于胞质溶胶中的半胱氨酸蛋白酶,目前确认的有11种,它们被认为参与了细胞凋亡的途径,Caspase-3是凋亡过程中最主要的终末剪切酶,参与了细胞凋亡的内凋亡途径和外凋亡途径。结肠癌的发病率目前呈逐年上升趋势,对于晚期结肠癌的治疗多采用化疗,但疗效欠佳,因此有必要寻找一些对结肠癌可能有效地药物单体。本研究采用大黄素处理
