经颅微电流刺激联合艾司西酞普兰对脑梗死后抑郁患者生活质量及生活能力的影响附视频

摘要
目的观察经颅微电流刺激联合艾司西酞普兰对脑梗死后抑郁(PSD)患者生活质量及生活能力的影响。方法选取2014-02—2016-02洛阳荣康医院神经内科收治160例PSD患者,按随机法分为对照组和观察组各80例。2组均给予调节血糖和血脂、控制血压、维持水盐平衡、改善脑循环等常规治疗及心理疏导,在此基础上,对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合经颅微电流刺激治疗。分别于治疗前后采用采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOLBREF)评价患者生活质量,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者抑郁情况,采用改良后爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚脑卒中评分量表(MESSS)评价患者神经功能缺损情况,采用改良巴氏指数量表(MBI)评价患者生活能力水平。结果治疗前2组生活质量各维度评分及总均分比较均无显著差异(P<0. 05);治疗后2组生活质量各维度评分及总均分均明显升高(P<0. 05),且观察组生活质量各维度评分及总均分均显著高于对照组(P<0. 05)。治疗前,2组HAMD、MESS、MBI评分比较无显著差异(P>0. 05);治疗后,2组HAMD、MESS、MBI评分均显著下降(P<0. 05),且观察组较对照组显著降低P<0. 05)。结论 CES联合艾司西酞普兰治疗PSD,明显改善患者质量,提高患者日常生活能力,疗效优于单纯艾司西酞普兰治疗。
