摘要
痛风由尿酸盐结晶沉积诱发关节炎性反应,常伴有高尿酸血症,尿酸的产生增多和排泄减少导致高尿酸血症,而尿酸盐结晶通过炎性介质诱发炎性反应,了解高尿酸血症的原因和炎性反应的作用机制对痛风的治疗有重要意义。
