<正>腰痛是困扰人类的常见疾病之一,在所有到医院就诊的病人中占第二位,仅次于上呼吸道感染[1]。椎间盘退变是导致慢性腰背部疼痛最主要的原因[2]。目前引起椎间盘退变的机制尚无定论,研究发现椎间盘中的细胞因子在椎间盘退行性变的病理过程中发挥重要的作用,本文就细胞因子在椎间盘退变中的
