摘要：

尿毒症患者存在微炎症状态,而微炎症状态可导致营养不良及血管粥样硬化性疾病等,直接影响尿毒症患者的预后,血液透析可清除代谢毒物、废物,减轻其对机体的不良影响,但加重了炎性反应的进展。本文就血液透析对尿毒症患者微炎症状态的影响作一综述。
