摘要
糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)是血液中的葡萄糖与血红蛋白β链N末端缬氨酸残基以共价键结合的稳定的化合物。HbA1c是血糖长期水平监测的金标准,其水平与并发症有密切关系。美国糖尿病协会于2010年推荐HbA1c为糖尿病诊断标准。HbA1c检测技术日新月异,已经有基于多种不同原理的方法应用于HbA1c检测。本文概括常用的HbA1c检测方法包括高效液相色谱法、免疫法、酶法和电泳法等,并介绍HbA1c检测方法的发展和展望。
