雌激素受体与骨性关节炎

摘要
雌激素受体在正常及关节炎关节软骨中均有表达,其基因多态性引起的蛋白活性及构象差异可能引起雌激素对关节软骨的作用差异。绝经后雌激素水平下降,女性骨性关节炎发病率较男性明显增加。雌激素替代疗法可能降低绝经后妇女骨关节炎发病率改善关节炎症状。现就目前有关雌激素及其受体对骨关节炎影响方面的研究进展进行综述,探讨雌激素及其受体与骨性关节炎之间的关系。
