摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床上最常见的功能性胃肠病之一。近年来肠道炎症,特别是急性肠道感染后遗留的肠道黏膜低度炎症在IBS中的作用越来越受到重视,此文就肠道黏膜低度炎症和肠道局部免疫变化、肠道神经-内分泌网络变化在IBS发病中的作用作一综述。
