摘要
脓毒症及脓毒性休克是ICU常见的危重症,其病死率高且严重影响患者的生活质量。脓毒症发病机制复杂,涉及机体多个器官功能改变,对其发病本质的探索一直是全球的研究热点。文中将总结分析近年来脓毒症发病机制的研究进展,分别从炎症反应失衡、免疫功能紊乱、凝血异常以及神经-内分泌-免疫网络、线粒体损伤、内质网应激、细胞自噬、基因多态性等方面分析脓毒症的病理生理过程,为其临床防治提供理论依据。
