有限元方法在腰椎生物力学研究中的运用

摘要
有限元法是较新的脊柱生物力学研究方法,其与传统生物力学方法相互补充和验证的作用越来越受到重视。近二十几年来,有限元分析法在脊柱生物力学研究领域中已得到日益广泛的应用。本文简述了有限元法的概念及发展过程;介绍近年来有限元方法在腰椎椎体、正常腰椎间盘及退变腰椎间盘生物力学研究中的运用;评价该方法的优缺点及发展方向。
