硬膜外分娩镇痛是目前临床上应用广泛、技术成熟的分娩镇痛方法。作者对硬膜外分娩镇痛的机制、镇痛方式和药物的选择和使用以及对产妇和胎儿的影响等方面的研究进展作一综述。
