摘要
本文介绍三硝基苯磺酸(2,4,6-Trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid,TNBS)、葡聚糖硫酸钠(Dextran sulfate sodium,DSS)、恶唑酮(oxazolone)及其他化学物诱导的结肠炎模型的研究进展,阐述它们的疾病特征、发病机制、应用及特点。
