摘要
胫骨平台骨折生物力学研究是临床治疗的基础。近年来各方学者围绕生物学固定理念进行了许多基础性研究,使用新鲜冰冻尸体骨、生物合成材料等模型,但各有优缺点,适应了不同需要。实验大多采取动静态结合方法,使实验结果更为可信、直观。实验中进行内固定与外固定、单侧钢板与双侧钢板、普通钢板与锁定钢板等的比较,单侧锁定钢板在固定强度上有时无法与传统双侧钢板相比,但其创伤小、并发症少的特点应得到足够关注,而普通钢板在一些特殊情况下的固定强度、骨折端间的加压作用仍然对骨折端复位起重要作用。外固定在某些需要进行简单固定或软组织损伤严重的患者中有重要价值,但其固定强度较低,因此需要仔细考虑、综合判断。
