摘要
抑郁症因其病因不清、致病因素复杂、发病机制不详,一直是神经科学领域的一个难题。近年来,国内外对抑郁症的研究方兴未艾,并在发病机制的研究上取得了重要进展。文中从神经生化研究、神经内分泌研究、神经可塑性研究等方面对抑郁症的发生机制主流假说进行简单阐述,以拓宽对抑郁症的认识。
