摘要
动物模型在2型糖尿病研究中发挥了重要作用。实验性动物模型应用普遍,因其价格便宜,易于诱导和维持。自发动物模型更接近人类疾病发展过程,但价格昂贵,饲养繁殖要求较高。转基因动物和基因剔除模型可用于研究特定基因以及基因-环境在2型糖尿病发展中的交互作用,但操作复杂,价格昂贵,不能普遍推广。至今尚无一种模型能完全模拟出人类2型糖尿病的特征和发病机制。研究者应根据研究目的、实验条件选择合适的模型进行实验。
