内侧髌股韧带解剖及其损伤的影像学研究进展

摘要
内侧髌股韧带(MPFL)作为维持髌骨内侧稳定性的最重要的软组织限制力量,髌骨外侧脱位后常导致其损伤。随着影像技术的发展,多种无创性的影像诊断方法正在成为诊断MPFL损伤的重要手段。就MPFL的解剖、各种影像学成像技术在MPFL损伤中的应用及MPFL损伤部位分布特点等进行综述。
