摘要
随着全球人口老龄化,骨质疏松症和骨质疏松性骨折的患病率将持续增高,已成为全球共同关注的健康问题。如何早期、全面、无创评价骨质量及预测骨强度,预防骨质疏松脆性骨折正成为国内外研究的热点问题。就显微CT(Micro-CT)及1H-MRS在骨质疏松骨质量研究中的应用进展予以综述。
