类风湿关节炎患者躯体功能障碍的研究进展

摘要：

类风湿关节炎典型表现为关节疼痛、肿胀及晨僵,若疾病早期未得到及时合理的治疗,大多数患者会出现关节畸形,严重者发生躯体功能障碍。目前国内有关类风湿关节炎躯体功能障碍的评估工具的选择尚缺乏依据,影响因素尚未达成学术共识,相关干预措施较少,在一定程度上影响患者的功能康复及生命质量。本文就以上3个方面进行综述,为国内同类研究的开展及临床制订干预措施提供理论参考。
