摘要：

结肠贮袋术的出现旨在解决低位直肠癌保肛术后,患者排便次数增多、排便急迫感、轻度失禁等前切除术后综合征。该文就结肠贮袋的机制、使用上的适应证、禁忌证、贮袋制作要点、并发症、疗效评价等方面进行了系统介绍。
