<正>急性缺血性卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)的主要类型是心源性脑栓塞和脑动脉血栓形成,血栓形成的病理机制为纤维蛋白形成和血小板活化[1-3]。组织血浆酶原活化剂(tissue plasminogen activator,t-PA)溶栓治疗有助于破坏纤维凝块,使闭塞的血管再通,被认为是AIS最强有力的治疗
