肥胖与糖尿病的炎症机制及治疗的研究进展

摘要：

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,高热量、高脂肪、高蛋白、低纤维饮食的摄入越来越多,肥胖与2型糖尿病已成为常见的代谢疾病,严重威胁人类健康。多项研究结果显示,肥胖人群已出现炎症表现,同时炎性因子也在2型糖尿病的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。因此,肥胖与糖尿病等内分泌疾病被认为与炎性反应密切相关。该文对近几年国内外有关肥胖与糖尿病的炎症机制及治疗进展予以综述。
