摘要
:
对三层实木复合地板的柞木面板进行热处理改性,探讨热处理工艺对地板质量的影响。结果表明:随热处理温度升高和时间延长,柞木面板的尺寸稳定性提高,硬度随处理时间延长先增后降;地板表面耐龟裂和耐冷热循环性能均达到LY/T 1700-2007《地采暖用木质地板》要求。建议柞木面板热处理工艺为温度160~180℃,时间1.5~2h。
