摘要：

蛋白质在食品、医药及生物等领域都有着重要的作用和广泛的应用,因此高效和高灵敏度的蛋白质分离分析成为现代药物分析、分析化学及生命科学研究的热点。本文就现代色谱技术、色谱光谱联用技术、以及相关的集成化技术在蛋白分离和分析中最新应用及进展作一简要的综述。
