摘要：

药物缓释治疗牙周疾病已有20多年的历史,减少了给药次数,降低了不良反应,使用方便,受到口腔领域的广泛关注。目前其理论与技术发展日趋成熟,所研究的材料和制剂类型都不断增加和扩大,该文就疾病的特殊性与牙周药物缓释系统研究进展做一回顾和探讨。
