摘要
干旱是影响玉米生产的主要非生物胁迫因素之一 ,所以玉米的耐旱性遗传改良是玉米育种的一个重要目标。随着DNA标记的应用可鉴定玉米耐旱相关性状的QTLs ,为分子标记辅助育种奠定基础 ,给玉米耐旱性的遗传改良提供一个新的途径。本文综述了玉米耐旱相关性状QTLs的研究现状和应用并对玉米耐旱QTLs深入研究的方向作出了展望。
