摘要
:
组织工程学是近年发展起来的一门新学科。其中,骨和软骨组织工程的研究进展较快,已成功修复了骨和软骨缺损及预制了预先设计形态的软骨。本文就近年来骨和软骨组织工程中采用的各种细胞种植基质材料的特性、优缺点和应用前景等方面作一综述。
