摘要：

由于低剂量螺旋CT较常规剂量胸片更易于发现肺内结节,故而低剂量CT有可能成为肺癌普查的一种主要方法。全面综述了低剂量螺旋CT实验研究及用于肺癌普查的开展情况和研究成果,并分析了低剂量CT肺癌普查中尚存在的问题。
