摘要：

赋权增能强调平等和值得珍视的伙伴关系,自助,变革和解放个体、组织和社区,识别和发展强项等。社区教育的赋权增能框架旨在成系统地发展不同层次上的主体在持续性社会建构过程中的主动角色。本文基于社区教育的赋权增能框架,通过对上海市徐汇区凌云街道"凌云生态家"这一个案的剖析,探究社区教育推进社区治理的实践路径。
