摘要：

跗骨窦因其特殊的解剖结构及韧带功能很易受到损伤,跗骨窦区长期疼痛不缓解即形成跗骨窦综合征。随着对跗骨窦综合征的认识和研究的深入,不同治疗方法的疗效仍存争议,诊断方法和治疗手段均有新进展,MRI检查和距下关节镜的诊断价值已得到公认。该文就跗骨窦综合征解剖学基础、病因、发病机制、临床表现、诊断和治疗等作一回顾性综述。
