<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)发病与胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistance,IR)和遗传易感性密切相关,病理学改变与酒精性肝病(Alcoholic liver disease,ALD)相似,但无过量饮酒史[1]。在此要强调NAFL与NASH的不同,NAFL是指病理活检显示肝脏脂肪变性,但
