摘要：

<正> 他汀类药物的调脂效应以及多方面的血管壁直接保护作用使之有可能在相对较短的时间内减慢或阻断急性不稳定冠状动脉病变的病理生理过程,因此,急性冠脉综合征早期开始他汀类药物治疗有可能减少心血管病事件,降低早期死亡率。为了使这种推测成为现实,近年来人们进行了不同类型的临床研究,现将有关试验介绍如下。1.小规模初步临床试验土耳其的一项前瞻性试验观察150例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者,在胸痛发生后6小时内随机分成两组(不考虑基线血脂水平),在溶栓治疗后分别给予普伐他汀治疗(40mg/d,72例)或不用任何调脂药(78例)。与对照组相比,普伐他汀组的住院期间死亡率(3％比14％,P=0.03)以及
