社会心理因素对冠心病发生发展的影响

摘要：

冠心病的传统危险因素仅能解释2/3的病例,且冠心病的发病年龄呈现年轻化趋势,激发人们去探讨冠心病的其他潜在危险因素。医学模式由传统的生物-医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转换说明心理状态对疾病的影响巨大。近年来的研究发现,社会心理因素能够促进动脉粥样硬化和心血管疾病的发生、发展。本文就社会心理因素对冠心病影响的流行病学证据及病理生理机制简要综述。
