摘要：

骨关节炎(OA)是一种临床上常见的慢性退行性疾病,是导致中老年人群行动下降和功能障碍的主要病因。自噬不仅是细胞维持代谢平衡和细胞器更新的重要机制,而且与OA的发生和发展也存在密切关系。本文就OA中软骨细胞自噬的研究进展作一综述。
