<正>帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是中老年人以运动障碍为特点的神经系统变性疾病。随着全球人口的老龄化,PD患病人群不断上升,目前已成为危害中老年生活和健康的重要社会和医学问题。左旋多巴一直是PD药物治疗的金标准,患者在接受左旋多巴治疗的2～5年间其运动症状可得到有效控制和改善,但约70%～80%的患者于
