<正>心房颤动(简称房颤)为常见的快速心律失常之一,其严重并发症为血栓栓塞事件,轻者影响生存质量,重者可致残、致死。为此,在该病的防治策略中,预防栓塞事件的发生系重要的防治策略。在预防栓塞事件中,规范的抗栓治疗已获满意疗效,然因需长期抗凝,病人顺从性较差,据估计,我国房颤患者规范抗栓治疗者不足10%。因此,探索新的预防栓塞事件的策略便显得尤为必要。近年来,采用左心耳(LAA)干预预防栓塞事件的临床研
