摘要：

电风暴是由于心室电活动极度不稳定所导致的最危重的恶性心律失常,是心源性猝死的重要机制,其发生率为10%～40%不等。可发生于器质性或非器质性心脏病患者、遗传性心律失常以及植入埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD)的患者。其促发因素:心肌缺血及心力衰竭、电解质紊乱、药物影响和自主神经失衡。其治疗可采取①电复律;②静脉应用抗心律失常药;③病因治疗;④植入ICD和射频消融等非药物治疗。
