摘要：

<正>脑血管病是发病率、致残率和致死率均很高的疾病。在世界范围内,脑血管病年发病率约61～388/10万,居人类死因第二位。我国人口老龄化进程正在加速,而脑血管病首次发病者约2/3是60岁以上的老年人,脑血管病发病率在我国不断上升,造成的危害日益严重[1]。1864年Hghlings Cackson首次报道脑血管病后癫痫(post-stroke epilepsy,PSE),脑血管病与癫痫发作密切相关,约30%～50%的老
