摘要：

偏瘫肩痛是上运动神经综合征导致的偏瘫患者最常见的并发症之一,与软组织损伤、运动控制受损(尤其是肌肉张力改变)、外周和中枢神经系统活动改变等有关,康复治疗方法包括现代物理医学与康复、药物治疗、传统医学等,临床多采用综合疗法,但各方法优化以提高疗效是临床研究的重点。
