公立医院薪酬制度的国际经验及其启示

摘要：

本文总结了多个国家公立医院薪酬制度的相关经验及不同薪酬支付方式的优缺点,发现工资制是国际上公立医院薪酬支付的主要方式,公立医院工作人员特别是医生收入水平通常处于社会收入分配的较高阶层,同时享受多种非经济性薪酬待遇。在结合国内外经验的基础上,作者建议我国公立医院应尽快改变根据服务项目支付薪酬的做法,显著扩大固定工资在薪酬中的比重,并提高医护人员经济性与非经济性薪酬待遇。
