摘要：

本文对有关国际技术扩散的渠道如进口、出口、外商直接投资的国外文献加以梳理、总结,发现成功的国际技术扩散与一国的技术吸收能力、制度和政策环境等密切相关。最后,提出了提高我国的技术吸收能力等建议。
