数字化转型、供应链联动与企业ESG表现

摘要
在共同供应链网络下,基于供应商ESG表现视角探究客户数字化转型效能对于新时代中国企业依托数字经济实现高质量发展具有重要意义。本文利用2009—2021年沪深A股上市公司数据实证探究了客户数字化转型对供应商ESG表现的影响与机制,同时,在多维供应链网络情景下识别了客户数字化转型的异质性效能,并进一步展开了经济后果探讨。研究发现:第一,客户数字化转型显著提升了供应商ESG表现;第二,客户数字化转型通过同群联动与创新协同的双重联动机制促进了供应商ESG表现提升,并且同群联动效应的发挥在大客户中更为显著,而创新协同机制则具有创新质量依赖性;第三,在对供应链网络情景进行多维划分后,得到客户数字化转型对供应商ESG表现的提升作用在高透明度、低集中度、低供应商稳定性的情景下更为显著;第四,由客户数字化转型推动的供应商ESG表现在促进供应商高质量发展的同时,还有效赋能供应链整体高质量发展,以点带面地传递数字化转型效能。本文研究结论为推动企业高质量发展与促进供应链体系现代化建设提供借鉴。
