<正> 植物体细胞在离体培养中通过体细胞胚胎发生(embryogenesis)途径形成再生植株已是极其普遍的现象。由于这一发育途径为研究植物细胞的分化、发育、全能性表达和作物品种改良、突变体筛选等提供了良好的体系,在理论上和应用中都具有重大意义,因而引起了
