颅内外血管搭桥在缺血性脑血管病中的应用

摘要
颅内外血管搭桥已开展30多年。目前对不能手术夹闭或栓塞的颅内动脉瘤的病例,术前已普遍采用颅内外血管搭桥,而对缺血性脑血管病颅内外血管搭桥是否有效仍存在争议。文章介绍了颅内外血管搭桥治疗缺血性脑血管病的适应证、方法和应用前景。
