<正> 由于生长素和细胞分裂素类物质的发现及其在植物组织培养中的广泛使用,人们已经使数以千计的植物种类的离体培养物通过器官或胚胎发生形成再生植株。按照细胞全能性学说,植物的每一个体细胞具有相同的遗传信息,因此,由它们分化成的再生植株应当在遗传上是完全相同的。在许多情况下的确如此,因而可以借助组织培养技术进行种苗的快速繁殖。但是,60年代以来,日渐增多的资料表明,通过愈伤组织再生的植株中常常出现基因型的变异。Sacristan和Melchers(1969)首先注意到由长期继代培养的烟草愈伤组织再
