摘要
就番茄和其它植物果实多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)基因、ACC合成酶和ACC氧化酶基因等成熟相关基因的筛选、鉴定和表达及基因工程对调控果实硬度、色泽、风味等方面的应用与前景作了评述。
