摘要：

疲乏是癌症患者最常见的症状之一,对癌因性疲乏的相关因素及其发病机制的系统研究有助于其诊断、干预治疗和护理。综述了近年来国内外癌因性疲乏的相关因素及其发病机制的研究进展,总结了已取得的成就和存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向及突破点进行了探讨。
