摘要：

非恶性疾病姑息护理是随着人们对慢性疾病的关注而发展起来的,该护理模式主张将姑息护理的支持性照护理念由原来的恶性疾病患者扩展至非恶性疾病的晚期患者,以提高这类患者群的生活质量,英国和澳大利亚等国家对这一崭新课题研究较多。作者在总结近年来国内外各项研究成果的基础上,从非恶性疾病姑息护理发展的必要性、适用范围,发展现状、制约因素以及发展前景等各方面进行了分析,并揭示了当前研究中存在的问题和未来研究发展的方向。
