摘要
:
大量实验已证实脐带血造血干细胞比骨髓和动员的外周血来源的造血干细胞更原始、更具有自我更新、增殖分化和体外扩增潜能。脐带血干细胞的保存及脐带血移植等临床应用均取得了显著的进展,但也面临许多问题。文章对脐带血中存在的多种干/祖细胞的生物学特性、干细胞的增殖、分化,脐带血库建设及在神经科的临床应用进行探讨,从而寻找解决造血重建迟缓和排斥率高等问题的有效途径。
