摘要：

<正>在新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)中,以家庭为中心的护理(family-centered care,FCC)将关注的重点由疾病本身逐渐扩展至患儿及其家庭[1]。在FCC模式中,医护人员与患儿家长能够开放坦诚地交流,并且根据患儿及其家庭的情况为其制定个性化的护理措施,同时,家长能积极有效地参与到医疗决策和患儿的康复中[2]。此模式在新生儿重症监护室的推广使用,会对患儿及
