烧伤患者康复期疼痛护理的循证研究

摘要
目的探讨并总结烧伤患者康复期的疼痛护理方法,以期为提出科学、统一、规范的烧伤疼痛管理方法提供现实依据。方法检索OVID-JBI、Cochrane图书馆、BEST PRACTICE、RNAO、EBSCO-循证护理学数据库、PubMed以及中国生物医学文献数据库(China biology medicine,CBM)公开发表的关于烧伤患者康复期疼痛护理的临床实践指南、证据总结、系统评价、集束化措施,检索时间为从建库到2014年12月31日。由3位评价者单独进行文献的筛除、质量评价和数据提取,并交叉核对。结果本研究共纳入11篇文献,分别为3篇指南、5篇证据总结、3篇系统评价,汇总出疼痛性质、疼痛评估、镇痛时机及非药物镇痛方法。结论护士应分析患者疼痛性质,并进行充分评估,在合适的时机进行镇痛处理,以进一步提高疼痛护理质量。
